Terms and Conditions

The Relationship Guide Membership

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions set out the terms on which we provide The Relationship Guide membership to you.

By joining The Relationship Guide, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, so please read them before joining.

1. About us

The Relationship Guide is provided by Ment4U Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08995608 (“we”, “us” or “our”). The membership is delivered by Coach Topé on behalf of the company.

If you have any questions about your membership or these Terms & Conditions, you can contact us at coachtope@ment4u.com.

2. Who can join

The Relationship Guide is intended for people aged 18 or over.

By joining, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide when joining is accurate.

The membership is intended for people who are single and interested in making healthier, more intentional dating and relationship decisions.

3. What The Relationship Guide includes

The Relationship Guide is a membership providing educational resources, practical Roadmaps and guidance designed to help you make better decisions in dating and relationships.

Your membership may include:

  • access to the Intentional Dating Roadmap;

  • access to additional Roadmaps as they are created and added to the membership;

  • checklists, guides and other digital resources;

  • access to a private Telegram community;

  • the opportunity to submit personal dating or relationship questions for guidance;

  • periodic check-ins and other member communications;

  • occasional live Q&A sessions or other member activities, where offered.

The exact content of the membership may develop over time.

We may add, remove, update or improve resources, Roadmaps, features or methods of delivery as the membership develops. We will always aim to maintain the overall purpose and value of the membership.

Some Roadmaps or resources mentioned on the sales page may be marked as coming soon and will not necessarily be available when you first join.

4. Access to the membership

Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access the materials and membership areas included with your membership while your membership remains active.

You must not share your membership login, course materials, Roadmaps, downloads or other members-only content with anyone else.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish or otherwise make the membership materials available to anyone who has not purchased access.

We may suspend or remove access if we have reason to believe that membership access or materials are being shared or used inappropriately.

5. Telegram and other third-party platforms

Some parts of The Relationship Guide may be delivered through Telegram or other third-party platforms, like Systeme.io.

You will need to have an account with the relevant platform and be able to access it in order to use those parts of the membership.

We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that they will always be available or operate without interruption.

You are responsible for complying with the relevant platform's own terms and policies.

Where separate Telegram groups are provided for women and men, this is intended to create a comfortable and focused environment for members and to give members the option of interacting with people in a similar dating situation.

These groups are not dating or matchmaking groups. Members are expected to respect the purpose of the community and the boundaries of other members.

6. Personal questions and guidance

Members may submit questions about their own dating or relationship situations through the private question submission form.

Where appropriate, we may answer questions anonymously within the members' community so that other members can learn from the situation too.

We will take reasonable care to remove identifying information when sharing a question or response within the community. However, you should avoid including unnecessary identifying or highly sensitive information about yourself or another person in your submission.

As part of certain membership offers, including founding member or other promotional offers, you may receive a period of more personalised support. The details of any such offer will be explained at the time you join.

Personalised guidance is provided as part of the membership service and is not unlimited one-to-one coaching unless this is specifically stated as part of your offer.

7. What the membership can and cannot do

The Relationship Guide provides education, information, practical tools and guidance to help you think through your own dating and relationship decisions.

It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, mental health treatment or crisis support.

I will not make your relationship decisions for you, and I cannot guarantee that you will meet a particular person, enter into a relationship, remain in a relationship or achieve any particular dating or relationship outcome.

The results you get will depend on many factors, including your circumstances, choices, actions and the people you meet.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

If you are experiencing serious mental health difficulties, abuse, coercive control, danger or another situation requiring specialist professional support, the membership may not be the appropriate source of help.

8. Community behaviour

The Relationship Guide is intended to be a supportive, respectful and safe space.

You agree not to:

  • harass, bully, threaten or intimidate another member;

  • make unwanted romantic or sexual advances towards another member;

  • share another member's personal information outside the community;

  • screenshot, record or redistribute private member conversations or guidance;

  • impersonate another person;

  • use the community to promote or sell your own products or services without permission;

  • behave in a way that is abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove a member from the community or cancel their access if we believe their behaviour is inappropriate or harmful to the community.

Where access is removed because of serious or repeated misconduct, refunds will not normally be provided for the remaining membership period, subject to your statutory rights.

9. Membership fees and payment

The membership price will be clearly displayed before you join.

Membership payments are recurring unless otherwise stated.

By joining on a recurring membership plan, you authorise the relevant payment provider to take the membership fee at the agreed frequency until you cancel your membership.

Founding member, early-bird and other promotional prices may be available for a limited period and may be subject to specific conditions.

Where you join at a promotional or founding member price, the terms of that offer will be clearly explained before you purchase.

We reserve the right to change the standard membership price for future members.

Where applicable, your existing membership price will remain as stated in the offer you joined under unless we tell you otherwise.

10. Cancellation & refunds

Cancelling your membership

The Relationship Guide is a rolling membership and you can cancel your membership at any time.

You can cancel your recurring membership using the cancellation method provided to you, or by contacting us at coachtope@ment4u.com.

Cancellation will normally prevent your next payment from being taken. You will continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless otherwise stated.

Cancelling your membership does not normally entitle you to a refund for a membership period that has already started.

Refunds

Once you have accessed the membership, including the Roadmaps, resources, guidance or other member benefits, membership fees are not refundable except where you have a legal right to a refund under applicable consumer law.

Because the membership includes digital content and services that may be made available to you immediately after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the effect this may have on your statutory cancellation rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Your legal right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days of entering into it.

However, if you ask us to begin providing the membership service immediately, and the service begins during that cancellation period, you may lose some or all of that cancellation right once the service has been fully performed, or you may be required to pay for the service provided up to the point of cancellation, depending on the circumstances.

Where immediate access to digital content is provided, you may also be asked to give your express consent for access to begin immediately and acknowledge the effect this may have on your cancellation rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law.

12. Intellectual property

All Roadmaps, videos, written materials, checklists, guides, recordings, audio, graphics and other materials provided as part of The Relationship Guide remain our intellectual property, or are used by us under appropriate licence.

Your membership gives you permission to use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, share, teach, licence or commercially exploit any membership materials without our prior written permission.

13. Changes to the membership

The Relationship Guide is designed to develop over time.

We may update, improve, replace or change parts of the membership, including the way resources are delivered.

For example, content may initially be delivered through Telegram while the membership platform is being developed and may later move to the membership platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that changes do not fundamentally alter the overall purpose of the membership.

I may also decide to close The Relationship Guide in the future. If this happens, I will give members reasonable notice and explain what this means for their membership and any payments due.

14. Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the membership available and to provide the services described on the sales page.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the membership, particularly where services depend on third-party platforms such as Telegram, Zoom, payment providers or membership software.

We may occasionally need to suspend access temporarily for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to this, we will not be responsible for losses that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control or for indirect or consequential losses.

Our membership is designed to provide guidance and educational support. We do not guarantee any particular personal, dating or relationship result.

16. Events outside our control

We will not be responsible for any failure or delay in providing the membership where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This may include significant technical failures, internet or telecommunications problems, problems with third-party platforms, illness, natural disasters, government restrictions or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.

17. Privacy

We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

This includes information needed to process your membership, provide access, communicate with you and provide the services included in your membership.

Where you submit a personal question for the community, we will handle it with reasonable care and anonymise it before sharing it with other members.

Please do not include unnecessary identifying information about yourself or another person in your submissions.

18. Written communications

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including by email and through the membership platforms used to provide The Relationship Guide.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking your membership communications.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the membership, our business or applicable legal requirements.

The version that applies to your membership will be the version in force when the relevant change takes effect, subject to any legal requirements concerning changes to existing contracts.

20. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you will also have the benefit of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country in which you live.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
